SHIPPING POLICY
All prices on our site are displayed in Indian Rupee (INR), and will be charged in Indian Rupees. For delivery within India we use a ground based courier service, as liquid products cannot be sent by air. Shipping within India can take up to 3-4 working days depending on what state or territory you live in and it takes 3 to 20 days to deliver your products depending upon services of third party courier company we use. COD service may not be available for certain pin codes. In such cases, our customer service team will be in touch with you while processing your order.
We do not currently ship internationally. However you may have your purchase delivered to any address within India.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email, text and whats app message with the tracking number.

₹ 1 to 99.00 for COD ₹ 99.00
₹ 1 to 99.00 for for Prepaid ₹ 99.00
₹ 35.00 flat shipping charges on prepaid order from ₹100 to 498.00.
₹ 50.00 flat shipping charges on order below ₹ 99 to ₹ 498.00 for COD Orders.
₹ 35.00 flat shipping charges on order from ₹ 499.00 to 999.00 for COD orders.
Free Shipping : on all prepaid orders above ₹ 499.00
Free Shipping : on all orders above ₹ 1000.00 or above

ORDER CANCELLATION – BY Recode Studios Private Limited
While we try to ship out every order that has been successfully placed, there are some situations in which we may have to cancel orders.
Some of the situations that may result in your order being cancelled include (but are not limited to):
- Product unavailability or temporarily out of stock
- Limitations on quantities available for purchase
- Inaccuracies or errors in product, pricing or promotion information
- Inaccurate or insufficient address
- Non-serviceable locations
Refunds and Returns Policy-
Orders Placed can only cancelled before shipment and there is no refund and return is available once order is delivered.
In COD you can refuse to get delivery of order/orders and in prepaid orders, these can cancelled before shipment is made or you can refuse delivery and inform us at our mail support@recodestudios.com , Toll Free Number 1800 419 4959 (10:00 to 17:00) and Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Once parcel is delivered then we will not able to refund or return the order.
it is suggested to make video while unboxing.
Please note: Although we have tried to accurately show the actual color of the products, there may be a slight variation based on the operating system you are using.
Products can only be eligible for returns if the products received by the customer are deemed to have been received in a damaged / defective state or are expired or an incorrect product has been delivered. Such products can only be returned in their original packaging, in an unused and sealed condition. [Opened or used products will not be accepted as returns.]
